Open Forum: Youth Perspectives
Hear from our youth as they share their perspectives on life at Black Mountain Home and present suggestions for improvements. Educators, social workers, donors, volunteers, ministry partners, and other community members are invited to attend, share their observations, and ask questions. Together, we can strengthen and grow our program to better serve youth and families now and for future generations.
We would be honored if you could attend the 2026 Open Forum: Youth Perspectives on August 19 at 4:00 PM. This is one of our most important annual events, where youth from a range of ages share their personal perspectives about life at Black Mountain Home. This event provides a unique opportunity for you to hear firsthand what they enjoy about our campus and programs and their insightful suggestions for change.
During this special occasion, we hope that you will take the time to meet our at-promise children, ask questions, and connect with our staff. A robust audiences shows youth that they matter and greatly enriches the experience for everyone involved.
