HOPE for Children – Fundraising Event

Thank you for helping bring hope to children in need in Western North Carolina. Your support of this Child Abuse Prevention Awareness Month event helps us be the best home possible for the 170+ children each year, from newborns to college age. In addition to food, shelter, and clothing, your support provides academic support, counseling, and recreational activities.

Child neglect and abuse are painful realities for far too many children in Western North Carolina. Generational cycles of poverty and addiction leave deep scars inside and out, and too often, children carry burdens no child should know.

Black Mountain Home helps children and families break those cycles, changing the trajectory of future generations. With safe homes, caring adults, and a Christ-centered community, children have the opportunity to heal, grow, and find HOPE for a brighter future. Educational support, counseling, spiritual care, and life-giving opportunities help them step out of trauma and into hope.
