People with Purpose – Share Your Time and Talents
Individual and group volunteers are welcomed.
Volunteers are needed for our thrift store, administrative office, grounds and maintenance, tutoring, and more. And we welcome groups that can tackle special service projects.
If you are a member of COM, ROAM, SOWERS, and other Resident Volunteer Association, please apply to stay in our Legacy Resident Volunteer “RV” Park. Our RV park has 16 full hookup (20, 30, and 50 amps) camp sites, a beautiful lodge with a screened-in rocking chair porch, wood fireplace, laundry room, full kitchen, and his/hers showers.

(For the safety of our children and to conform with state licensing requirements, ongoing volunteers are required to complete background checks.)
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
1. Mountain Home Thrift Store: Cheryl’s Place – 4 to 6 hour volunteer shifts available.
2. Office & Administrative – answer phones, assist with mailings, filing, and other general administrative support.
3. Grounds and Lawn Maintenance
4. Tutors — are especially needed for youth in high school science and math.
5. Painters, Carpenters, Skilled Tradesman – help with various handyman, building, and remodeling projects.
6. Veterinarian – provide care for our farm animals.
7. Auto Maintenance, Small Engine, Appliance Repair – basic campus maintenance, experience needed.
