Summer

The annual Iron Chef campus cook-off is a highlight of the summer. Youth feature produce grown on campus in creative recipes.

Summer includes fun campus activities like a giant water slide and a Fourth of July parade. Off campus trips included an educational incentive retreat to Garden City Beach, SC, where youth got to visit a water park.

The alumni picnic and reunion brought folks back to campus.

A trip to the Schiele Museum of Natural History in Gastonia offered an air-conditioned outing to learn more about NC and to see the museum's exciting pirate display.

And since the summer must come to an end, the Kiwanis Club of Asheville donated school supplies.

Youth Retreats

Youth retreats include service projects, devotions and plenty of good, old-fashioned fun!
